Pros
Friendly team and interesting work. Lots of opportunity to have a varied work day, various activities you can join in with.
Cons
There was little to no diversity within the team, people at the top had been there a long time and were resistant to change. Absolutely no transparency on wages, everyone was one various salaries, so more experienced colleagues with greater responsibility were often on a very similar salary to someone more junior.
