Pros
There were always many employment appreciation events, food trucks, outings, and other social activities. Some of the senior executives engaged with and listened to the employees. The insurance and 401K benefits were very good. The company as a whole was very welcoming.
Cons
The pay is okay, less than what you would make at a larger company for the same position. There is limited mobility in terms of advancement. Depending on your rate of learning, your skills will plateau at some point. If you enjoy learning new things that challenge you, it's best to work at AIFS early in your career.
