Pros
Everyone is very personable and welcoming. They invite you in as one of the family. Pay sub contractor's twice a week. If they are able to help you, they will.
Cons
Responsibilities, you will never get paid for. They pay what they want. Very little training on product and none on paper work. Claim to keep you busy, but they won't. Outdated pay rates. It's very hard for a new hire to make it past the product learning-curve. You'll have to be able to neutralize many angry customers as they have been waiting for they're product for months. 45 mile range before they pay mileage. Tiny messy warehouse where, it's very hard to find the product, your responsible for. You will warranty a questionable product. You will be drawn in for more money then you can actually make. Sells and advertising is their primary concern. If you have a large savings and can wait a year or more to start turning a profit, you will probably do fairly well with them.
