Pros

1 star is to high the only reason I left any stars is because I had to

Cons

I was hired by THM as a DON. I turned in my notice to my previous employer. I worked out my notice and started at THM. I was on orientation for 4 days and left for a previously agreed upon family vacation. The last conversation I had with the administrator before I left was when I came back I was to report to another facility for a 4 week orientation and that she expected me to be with THM and her facility in particular for a very long time. While I was on vacation I received a VOICEMAIL from a company representative. He didn't even have my name right. The voicemail stated they were undergoing restructuring and they were going a different route at DON and I was no longer employed after 4 days of filling out paperwork and watching videos they terminated my employment by voicemail. This is the most unprofessional and questionable experience I have experienced in my professional career. Do not trust them they did not even have the decency to offer me a lesser position or give any explanation as to why they were terminating my employment..

Pros

Great boss. Some work from home days.

Cons

Upfront cost for gifting facilities and partners, cost for lunches, and Upfront gas cost for traveling 2 hrs+ one way, toll cost when traveling across state line. HR has done a couple of shady moves regarding hiring, firing and people moving departments. Raises did not come out at time of annual review like previous years and were dragged out for months. For months they promised to restructure facility assignments to make it more equal but then changed it to waiting to hire someone else. The potential new hire would have been for a different area not affecting the current situation. False promises. They also changed the job description in Feb and had us sign it. This increased the required amount of travel. They also tell you enrollments are "everyone's job" but its not. You do Not earn commissions on enrollments. The Enrollment Counselors do. The ECs are licensed to do the job. Not us. The communication across the board is lacking and makes things difficult. Lastly the same people in the same department do not have the same responsibilities. Some had more and some had less...
