- The company is 10 years behind on the technology front. I seriously reconsidered my decision to join when I saw the equipment they were providing me.
- Work life balance is absolute garbage. AAS does not believe in time away from work. You won't even start accumulating PTO time until after 3 months. People coming back from vacation were treated poorly by management. They were made to feel like they had done something wrong.
- I tested positive with Covid and was expected to continue work as usual. I was explicitly told that I was not allowed to die until my project was complete.
-If they hire you to work remotely you need to be aware that if you are within 50 miles of the office you will be expected to start coming in. They will not be upfront in their communications about this.
- Let's be honest, they essentially sell extended warranties for vehicles. The company matches the reputation of this type of position. You will not feel any sense achievement or feel like you are making a difference working for this company.
- Several members of the management team are seriously incompetent. The manager of the Salesforce team is incapable of holding a technical conversation. He asked us to be dishonest on an employee survey to make the company look better.
