Amazing team before they got rid of everyone Reasonable pay Team leads are very good at their jobs and treat everyone well Manager was firm but fair. She tried her best to make sure we felt appreciated Great experience and manager always shared her knowledge to help us especially in difficult situations
Cons
0430 shifts are terrible Always expect us to stay when plans went tech or flights cancelled. Shifts could last 12-15 hours Didn’t let us get paid overtime and pushed us to take comp time Flight perks cannot be used as too many employees The got rid of everyone after we won awards Customers are not nice and treat us like dirt Senior managers don’t care about people and their lives
