Pros

More leads to call on than other companies in the same field and several lender options to choose from.

Cons

Management pressured me multiple times in my first week on the job to have my friends and family members write good reviews and make false claims that they had done business with the company. Daily prayer sessions were given yet the management team who ran the prayer sessions were insincere, unethical, and unforgiving (I missed two days with a virus which took away my voice and I was promptly fired over text message - management wouldn't return my calls or texts and wouldn't accept my doctor's note). I have worked in the home lending industry for several years and I'm aware that rules and guidelines can change often, yet I've never worked for a company that changes rules every hour (sometimes every minute!) no 401k or benefits were offered or even discussed. I had to continually remind management to process my Direct Deposit so that I would actually get paid.
