Insurance is good if you want to pay 700 a month or two people

The overall environment of this department is horrible. The management does not care about you at all. You could ask questions and they will blatantly ignore you. It does not matter if it's email or teams. They do not train you correctly but want you to process 50+ authorizations per day. They do not care if you have a family emergency you will get an occurance. You cannot make your time even if it's the beginning of a pay period (you'll get an occurance if your late at all) They do not care! They allow extremely micromanagement and expect almost 3% error rate otherwise you aren't meeting expectations even if you are in all other areas.
