There are no downsides here.

* Location is great and has decent lunch options. * Interesting problem space

* Tech is a house of cards. It's really just an older open source app. * No planning - completely disorganized and reactive management. * Deadlines are unrealistic, arbitrary, and shift without explanation. * Gas-lighting, immature, and passive-aggressive colleagues. * Lots of Gatekeeping by colleagues - being told - oh, no, you don't need to attend the all-company meeting - no need to be there. Directly after the meeting, being asked why you didn't attend.
