The only pro I can think of to working here is that it is not a difficult job to do. It is very easy.

My interview with Amee Bay was the strangest interview that I have ever had. I was not asked any questions, but instead was preached at for an hour about why Amee Bay is such a great company and good place to work. I should have known then what I was getting myself into, but I did not. That same woman who interviewed me has been verbally harassing me for the past several months, resulting in a drastic increase in my overall anxiety level. She is truly a horrific woman to work for, and I would not wish it on anybody. The company also does not try to retain people if they are skilled enough to keep. There is absolutely no opportunity for advancement within the company or raises.
