      live work balance is good, advanced technologies (depends on which department u work at)

      no low level implementation, as everything comes as a ready templates, and thats how big companies function

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
