      - Very good training - Respect all employeed - Many benefits - Self development and many courses to do for free

      Cons

      - You will not get promoted easily unless you have connections - Salary is okay if you are young - You will not get paid for overtime work although you will have to work some weekends

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
