      Average Appraisals even if you don't work

      Cons

      Non Technical managers will judge on your technicality No office perks . you need your own laptop, Internet. Continuous 8 hours login compulsory and if you don't follow be ready for Micro management. No Learning in projects. Most of the Technical projects have only documentation work. Video Trainings to Freshers which doesn't help. Old HRMS System and office internet infrastructure keep you hanging all the time.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
