      Cons

      Work environment is not healthy. Higher management always torcher their juniors. There is no work life balance and the the technology is outdated. There is no growth in this org.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
