      Not Many Pros in the account I worked in.

      Cons

      Employees get burned out very fast. All the development work is given to offshore teams and the onshore team only gets to do maintenance/support activities. if you are a beginner/starter, this is not the right place. very judgemental.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
