- Corporate culture is easy going and relatively informal - The company has succesfully adapted to a very dynamic marketplace - Many colleagues have the potential of becoming personal friends

- Many middle and senior managers are sadly inept bureaucrats who have simply excelled in process management but are poor leaders and often long past their professional prime - Incentive schemes are poorly constructed and horribly lacking on all levels - HR is horrific and often serves as nothing more than a rubber stamp for management instead of being a true champion for employees and management alike. - Meritocracy became borderline sociopathic as managers will do whatever it takes to reach targets, even at the expense of completely shattering their employees' lives!!!
