Pros

Since Kenzan was acquired by a big company at least in Mexico employees get pretty good benefits and ok compensation.

Cons

Leadership is a joke. Management motivations seem always dubious. Their main project at least when I was an employee was boring and unchallenging.

Our teams are what make Kenzan great, and we’re here to serve our people. That’s why we take every effort to invite feedback and suggestions in an honest, safe, and varied environment: through weekly all-hands meetings with anonymous question/answer forums, book clubs on topics like radical candor, support for Kenzan managers, 1:1s with managers, quarterly satisfaction surveys of the entire organization, and an open door policy across the organization. Through these channels, we continue to gain insight into the challenges inherent in our work. Our team consistently self-reports that solving our clients’ evolving needs poses real-time challenges, requiring critical thinking and creativity to build the best-in-class software our clients expect. We sincerely regret that your experience under Kenzan’s leadership fell short in your eyes, and invite you to reach out directly with suggestions for how to improve the employee experience and make Kenzan an even better place for everyone. Our door is always open.

Pros

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Cons

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
