Pros
Well, you get a paycheck every two weeks. Not much more to say than this. Benefits are OK. Not great, but OK.
Cons
Management has no consideration for the employee. Morale is terrible and management has no interest in improving it. Gives "employee morale", "development" a lot of lip service though. Nigel Marsh (look him up) calls such companies "abattoirs of the human soul". Fits Amdocs perfectly, IMO.
