      Many learning and development opportunities, fair compensations, great people from all over the world, a good school for working in a global company

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, managers are not so great with mange employees (more focused on managing the business)

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
