      Pros

      Good salary in product division compared to other service based company. Good domain knowledge. Good technical work (But only in Core java and Oracle, no framework)..

      Cons

      No work life balance. Lots of work pressure. No regonition/appreciation for hard work. No onsite opportunity in product division.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
