      Multiple things to works like development in c / cobol/ pl-sql script / shell scripting , good quality of work. You can design your own solution.Good food , travel service.

      Cons

      Low fresher salary , less hike , little problem with work life balance as they have lot of work.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
