      Benefits, Snacks, good computer, good screen.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Unjust treatment, the worst work balance, and the organizational culture is very very bad, you get bullying, mobbing and the management does not do anything , honestly not recommendable at all!

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
