      loved my group and the clarify product and most of my colleagues--still stay in touch

      Cons

      I liked working there but (at the time) they discouraged work@home even for some of their top performers!

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
