      Pros

      Very good in terms of facilities, employee engagement activities. Hikes are good compared to other service based companies. (around 11 % avg) 1.5 Yr exp - 1st promotion(around 30% hike) 3.5 Yr exp - 2nd Promotion(around 30% hike) Very healthy/happy work environment. Morning-Evening Snacks/Fruits are freely available.

      Cons

      In some project work-life balance is not maintained. Most of the projects are still working on old technologies.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
