      Pros

      I joined Amdocs in 2007. It used to be a fun and intelligent place. Subsequently they realised that the money was int the services and not the products. So as they needed more people, the quality of people fell. Decent food and decent culture

      Cons

      Rigid. They don;t let you move teams easily. If you join as a fresher then you are pretty much randomly assigned teams irrespective of ability. Israelis dominate everything here.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
