      Pros

      Very good Compensation compared to the industry. If person gets chance to work on Amdocs product then it is excellent opportunity. Good canteen .HR is also good and they try to provide many facilities to employees.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance.late office hours can spoil health.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
