      Cons

      Difficult work-life balance. Very demanding because of global/international interaction with employees and management structure plus coping with multiple time zones in real time.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
