Market leader, Global reach, Very well connected within the industry, Smart senior management, There are some really smart employees and teams. A very very tight focus on the bottom line - you know where you stand. Lots of energy when required to solve a crisis!
Cons
Obsession with process and bureaucracy. Focus on the bottom line can sometimes translate into ruthlessness - you do not want to find yourself without a reporting code. Tendency to overcomplicate and generate crises. Innovating and moving rapidly in the mainstream company can be tough. There are some very uninspired and institutionalised employees and teams.
