1. Morning and evening snacks 2. Cab services (now the charges have increased) 3. 1 day meal at discounted price 4. Internal job postings are great. In case someone wants to swich their project or role.
Cons
1. Amdocs was known for its job security. But now, Every 3 months we have layoff. And a constant fear is there because of same 2. Not anymore an employee centric company 3. Partial managers 4. Minimum to no hike. Every year same story. Amdocs condition is bad profit is low. So no salary hike. 5. Micro management is there in every project. 6. No time management. Makes you work for more than 12 hours and still no compensation of any sort.
