Pros
It's sales, so you can make money
Cons
Currently, they aren't following most Covid guidelines... making people come into work sick, not letting people know they've been exposed to an employee with Covid, and not requiring proper quarantining or testing for employees to go back to work. If you have any family at risk that you care about, DO NOT work here. When they're short-staffed, that becomes the problem of the employees, and someone always gets shafted They force you to go to locations you weren't hired to work in The require you to work way longer hours than they tell you in the interview (You pay yourself hourly out of your commission, so they don't care) If you're not a top salesperson, they couldn't care less about you Apparently, a pandemic isn't reason enough for sales not to be as high as last year, and they play it off like salespeople aren't doing enough outreach They are also adding a whole bunch of non sales related tasks on to employees workloads, so it takes extra time away from making commission (If you like cold calling though, you might like it) Overall there's no loyalty to employees, you're nothing but a number to them
