      Family owned and operated. Most everyone is hard working and really cares about the people we assist. Possibilities for advancement are based on positive attitude and skill rather than seniority.

      Cons

      Because its a 24/7 business, sometimes a set work schedule is not a possibility.

      Wonderful, family owned business who truly care about their employees. The company offers competitive wages, outstanding bonus opportunities, and benefits. Option to work from home is available as well. The people who work here are like a second family!

      Cons

      Staffing is a challenge, as many companies are experiencing nowadays, so some days are busier than others regarding call volume. This can also be a challenge to the work / life balance.

      Family-owned business. Two locates Jackson, Michigan and Tampa, Florida. You can work in the office or option to work remote. They offer competitive wages, benefits, and bonuses.

      They are working to offer of better work life balance.
