Cons
Terrible middle and upper management which leads to extremely high turnover and a negative working environment. The company is constantly hiring and re training staff. They are not competitive in terms of employee benefits or work life balance/flexibility. HR matters are dealt with in unprofessional and frankly rude ways by the HR Manager. Lower level staff feedback and input is not valued. Overtime is expended and usually unpaid as it’s written into the contract. The company is stuck in the past, and not progressive. Management lacks adaptability and approachability. If you are considering this company, I would think twice.
