      Cons

      Not really a con but there is a lot to learn as the company ensures you are fully trained with all the information and tools you need to be able to start the role successfully. There is no throwing in at the deep end.

      Company Vehicle provided which is beneficial for milage

      Cons

      Desperately need a plant expert on site as most managers just have business/finance backgrounds. Whenever a certain plant was dying quickly there was no one at the branch to consult on why.
