Pros
Flexible work hours (great for parents), awesome leadership team that empowers their departments, and a powerful product that has impactful change
Cons
Growing companies = pains with who owns what, getting things done. This is an ask for forgiveness, not permission kind of place. Leadership values getting things done moreso than it being done perfectly. It's fast paced & expectations are high.
