The people who hangs out with the senior management without any skills to offer are the one's who are normally promoted and kept in the company. Unfortunately, the company is tied up with personal relations that can harm the business/revenue if they let go some of the most important culprits of the company who are playing extreme politics and making the company a bad place to work for IT.
