      Teammates were great and offices were new

      Cons

      Compensation is ridiculously low compared to job market. Also there is no work-life balance. Everybody is overworked and management has no idea how to IT industry works

      1. My team is amazing 2. Freedom - work from home 100% is totally ok. 3. Flexibility in working hours 4. Salary and benefits are ok

      1. Very high expectations of efficiency when the market has been hard 2. Many different businesses, so teams are siloed 3. Communication and news from management is lacking
