Pros
They have a good work culture general if you don't consider some of the toxic overlords giving it the bad name. Don't believe all their positive reviews, it's all a marketing and HR stunt to clean up the mess
Cons
No space for creativity, if you have some sort of self respect prepare to shut it down, listen to your reporting manager and become a 'yes man'. Insecurity runs in the veins of many and some can turn passive aggressive, and oh yeah did I tell you there is zero work-life balance?
