      Flexibility with clock in and clock out

      Cons

      Physical labor intensive. Once you are in the building, they monitor you until you leave. No headphones, anything to occupy the time, just mindless droning while you watch the clock

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
