      Minimum pay, extreme walking time (if not operating a forklift), keep a fast pace to meet minimum pick rate

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
