-Be mostly on your own (team leader check-ins on rare occasions) -Not customer facing-- they may ask via the app or grocery store patrons may ask you for help finding something (not obligated to find; can direct to Whole Foods employee) -If you're looking for a reason to walk, this one will definitely get your steps in for the day -Manager was good-- listened to issues and did what they could to improve things
Cons
-No extra pay for "Team Leaders"; given supervisor title with no pay bump, so watch out if you're expecting something in return -Manager was overworked and stretched thin all-together-- not their fault at all, just that their boss knew of the duties spread thin and no action was taken to ensure better training and supervision
