Pros
You dont need a CV or have a job interview. Salary is good based on this so night shift get equivalent to £24k a year. Just need to pass the background check. Recently have started to rotate through different jobs during the shift - e.g. so before break 1 do divert, then after break 2 do stowing (night shift - 10 hour shift).
Cons
Physically tough job and very repetitive. Expect to get pains in your back, arms, fingers and feet - less so if you are in your 20's more so if you are a lot older. Have three sick periods off work and get a health review and no promotion for 6 months. This is arcane!! 10 disabled bays in car park. Zero disabled employees.
