      Lots to learn very quickly, interesting problem space, knowledgeable coworkers, supportive managers

      Cons

      Managers stretched too thin to help you, others too busy to help, need to figure out how to help yourself. Asks a lot from you, wouldn't recommend if you have a family

      Pros

      Good pay, interesting problems to solve, and smart teammates.

      Cons

      No benefits (food, freebies, etc). I know one of the LP has to do with frugality, but wish they were less frugal toward employees
