Flex Support Team is in India and they deliberately destroy Dashboard ratings. They dropped my ratings 4 times for 1 block, you call for help they get mad and retaliate. I noticed if America is at odds with their nation they victimize you. They barely speak English, they don’t want to work, will answer call stay silent on line not talking waiting for you to hang up. Then you call back and this is chewing up delivery time. They target drivers by last name, if it’s Jewish they destroy your ratings and when you look it’s blocks you never worked. October 7th started an onslaught on my Amazon Flex account and they were fool enough to leave their surnames Mohamed, I got so many dings for no reason on ratings, it took a minute to connect that they were retaliating for bombing of Gaza. Now that tarriffs are escalated against India they back to doing it again false reporting in hopes of reducing ratings to lose job. It’s TARGETING! How do you reduce ratings when you were not scheduled for work.
