Pros
Make your own schedule, can cancel your schedule if you want to if you give greater than 45 minutes notice. Pay is better than most driving gigs.
Cons
Sometimes the instructions require you to do something that you can't do, like trying to place a package inside an apartment building when no-one is home to let you in, so you have to bring it back to the warehouse. You might get a route out in the rural area, which has many dogs, and most of them are nice, but sometimes you get ones that seem aggressive.
