Pros

Good hourly rate for this kind of work

Cons

After just 3 shifts (4 hours each) I was advised that my account was deactivated due to a Customer Service and a Safety complaint. Rather than telling me what the actual issue was they sent me the policy on each area which essentially gave about 10 examples each of what the issue may have been without actually saying what the issue was. Saying something such as "you were spotted speeding" or "you were spotted not wearing a COVID mask" or "a customer didn't receive their package" would have been helpful. But no, they would not provide even that amount of detail claiming "confidentiality". Imagine getting terminated from a job with the explanation "You did something wrong but we are not going to tell you what it is. We are not giving you another chance or an opportunity to explain yourself. Yes we know you are new but we don't care. By the way you can never work here again. Now get lost."

Pros

Lots of routes available to drive using your own vehicle, both in early morning and in the evenings. Get paid the same day that you drive. Routes are usually pretty tight so you're not doing a lot of long distances between stops.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of miles you'll have to drive. You may average about 20-25 an hour, depending on how long of a block you sign up for. But you'll end up spending at least 1.5 hours pay to put back into your gas tank. You can't choose the area you want to drive in, it's chosen randomly for you. So you could be clear across five counties from the starting point.
