      Pros

      Paid twice a week and get to choose what days and times you want to work when offers are available

      Cons

      When a person is new don't expect speedy delivery within the 4 hour block. At any job new job it takes a little time for the employee to become more efficient and faster with job performance. Company should definitely be more reasonable and understanding it may take a little longer the first few times delivering

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
