Pros
I love the job and can always finish my 4 hour blocks well within the time frame. My local depot is Droitwich and it seems very well run and I never get delayed. Staff all seem nice and helpful and some even push the crates out to my car. The app is fantastic and easy to use.
Cons
I deliver every single parcel, yet I have still received the dreaded email "the customer did not receive their parcel". Of course it hurts because I know full well I delivered them. Then you get Prime delivery, the customer knows that they will receive the parcel next day, so why are you out? why doesn't the customer leave instructions, where to leave the parcel.
