      No communication with amazon flex when they don't pay you sent 37 emails in 5 days and no reply to anyone wanting to help me since I am missing £234

      Pros

      Ability to work during hours of light traffic. Working independently. Beautiful scenery. Fair rating system.

      Cons

      Wear and tear on personal vehicle. Warehouse/check in associates can be rude. You may be required to return back to the station for no additional pay. The insurance they provide does not cover accidents. Pay has gone down. Limited block availability. Drivers restricted to certain zones now
