Pros

Well, for anyone who wants flexible working hours—without management breathing down their neck—just complete your assigned block within the allotted time and head home.

Cons

I worked at the VOr3 warehouse located in Portland. We encountered situations where the staff simply couldn't resolve issues; they would tell us to call headquarters, and headquarters would tell us to resolve it with the staff. Some blocks are completely unrealistic—you can easily drive 150 miles just to earn $65. What’s worse is that you only discover the actual route *after* you accept the block; it’s like a Kinder Surprise egg with an unpleasant surprise inside. If you decide not to take it, it goes on your record. Many times, I couldn't find an address at 4:00 AM, or I couldn't gain access to certain locations; so you call headquarters, and they suggest you call the customer... seriously? At 4:00 AM? You receive absolutely no assistance with fuel or anything else—vehicle maintenance is 100% your responsibility.

Pros

Get to pick your own blocks

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
