Pros
- Convenience of choosing when you work - Good pay especially as additional income - Lone working out on the road - Appreciative and polite customers
Cons
- Traffic during peak hours - No parking at customer premises (biggest con!) - Occasional heavy parcels - Things beyond your control being reflected in your “standing” which basically measures your performance on the app - Blocks go quickly so you have to be strategic and quick when they come up - Email support who don’t often do much to support when you raise issues and don’t seem to consider what you’re actually saying and send irrelevant responses
